Pet care experience
Welcome to my Rover profile 🐶🐾 I have over 25 years’ experience with animals, and 4 years’ experience volunteering in an animal rescue shelter. During my time in animal rescue, I walked several dogs on each visit. I currently also look after my neighbours and friends’ pets. For all bookings via Rover, my dog will not be accompanying me. Although if interested, here is a 'get to know my dog' (Teddy). Teddy is a friendly Staffy and rescued from Battersea 12 years’ ago. He’s good with all dogs (all ages), and previously acted as a dog minder for our rescue dogs and puppies, which we fostered. His favourite snacks are carrots, apples and cheese. For cat owners, I have experience with cats and own a Norwegian forest cat (she is quite the primadonna).

Annie was fantastic looking after our 2 dogs. One of which has anxiety and she put in a lot of effort to calm her nervous while we were away. Both dogs seemed very happy and relaxed on return, and had been very well looked after. Annie keeped us updated regularly and also very professional and reliable. We are very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to have Annie look after them again in the future. High recommended

We must say we were so impressed with the care Annie provided for Prince. We were concerned because we were leaving him for the first time although we needn't have worried. We could tell from the many photos and videos we received that Prince appeared to fall in love with Annie. He even helped out with her Zoom calls. She never left Prince alone and when we came home we found a very happy dog. We could tell our home and Prince were very well looked after. We have no hesitation in recommending Annie to look after your dog and will have her back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Annie.
We can’t thank you enough Annie for looking after our dogs and our house whilst we were away. Murf and Mav loved having you look after them and the regular updates, pictures and videos put our mind at ease about leaving them. We will definitely be booking you again for our next trip. I ensure safety of pets by: • using secure leads • walking in safe areas • communicating with owners regularly • learning the commands your dog responds to • understanding your dog’s temperament • if there are any issues (I.e. not good around other dogs, people etc) • understanding what your dog enjoys (swimming in a lake) and finally, by building a great relationship with the pets and owners. A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs and cats physically and mentally. If your pet is playful, I can play lots of games with them and take them on fun walks in the countryside. I also enjoy cuddles and rubbing tummies. I am a huge animal lover and really enjoy their company.
