I have a passion for animals and love giving them the best care possible when their owners are out of town! I'm fairly flexible with scheduling and have a car to drive wherever service is needed. I love playing and walking with dogs and cats as well as interacting with them. I have two pets of my own at home (one young dog and one senior dog) and have always had dogs and cats growing up. I have lots of experience caring for animals of all ages, and my priority is making them feel calm, safe, and happy. I make homemade treats for my own dog so I can always bring them along to share with your pup. I take pride in making animals feel loved and comfortable.

Wonderful!
I was a little nervous as this was our first time using Rover for an overnight stay, with not knowing what to expect. We will absolutely be using AnneMarie again as she exceeded all hopes. Plenty of update photos and check ins through the time with our pup and great at communicating/making arrangements.
AnneMarie is such a kind soul, she was such a great match for my Momma. So responsive and helped me out so much in a pinch!
AnneMarie took great care of our pets while house sitting for us. She made us feel very comfortable leaving them in her hands. She sent lots of updates throughout her stay and was very responsive. She also kept the house tidy. Will definitely be using her again to watch our pets!

I have a fenced in backyard and keep my home a quiet, calm environment for animals to feel comfortable. My dog Teddy is a senior so I try to maintain a calm environment for him at home, but I love to play with animals and can accommodate their need to play or walk. My younger dog loves to play and be active, so she’d love a friend to join her in play and activity. When working in a client’s home I pay close attention to detail both regarding your pet and around the home to make sure all is well. I will empty litter boxes as soon as needed and keep a clean environment for your pet. I make sure to let dogs out as often as possible to prevent any accidents. I will be sure to engage your pets in lots of play to avoid any anxious or boredom chewing!

If an animal is staying with me, I would like to know if the pet does well around other animals since I have two pets myself, if they are potty trained, have any special needs, or have any behavioral tendencies I should know about ahead of time.
A typical day
I'm totally willing to go on walks wherever the owners would like us to, but otherwise, I love going to parks, trails, or just around the neighborhood! I love keeping my own dogs active, and will enjoy getting to play with new pet friends--we can play with their favorite toys, go to the park, play games, or go on lots of walks!

Availability
I do Rover full time, and can check in with your animals whenever you need. My flexible schedule allows me to take great care of the animals I’m working with, and I have the opportunity to spend more time with them than if I were working outside of Rover.
