With nearly 5 years of experience on Rover, I can guarantee that I am a great choice for you and your pup! I began working for Rover in 2016 after losing my 14 year old yellow lab, and did dog boarding, house sitting, and dog walking to help pay for college. I grew up with dogs and now have my own (perfect!) golden retriever puppy. I work from home, and I’m available 7 days a week for house sitting, drop ins, and dog walking. Whether you need someone to check in on your pup during your workday or take them around the block, I’ve got you covered. I love going on long hikes and walks with especially active pups, but also have personal and professional experience caring for senior and special-needs dogs. I know how stressful it can be to find care for your best buddy, so I’m here to make it easy for you! Annelise was very professional to work with - timely, an excellent communicator and took fabulous care of Rudy - a lovable but stubborn mixed-breed dog. She adored him and she quickly assessed his unique needs. As a 13 year-old, Rudy is a social and likes to hang out with the crowd and not do much physical activity. She included him in her daily activities and he came back home clean and happy. I could that tell he had a wonderful time with her. Highly recommend Annelise.
Annelise was a great find! Our two border-collies loved their time with her. She took them to the park and made sure they got the exercise they needed. We will definitely be using her in the future.

I love walking dogs around lakes near my house, like Powers and Colby, as well as visiting parks like Ojibway and Andy’s Bark Park. During a drop in or a sitting job, I love to play enriching games, like hide and seek, food puzzles, fetch, and more. For more low-key and senior dogs, I’m always happy to just hang out.
