HUGE fenced yard, pool, dog friend!

Our dog, Penny, LOVES having play dates! That's our main reason for joining Rover, because we know that Penny will have the greatest time having friends over. We’re not in this for the money, we just want our dog and kids to have some fun with some other dogs and get to know/help out people in our community. We would treat your dog as if he/she were our own. I walk my dog nightly and would bring yours along too. I also jog on weekends- I do about 3.5 miles on Saturday morning and Sunday morning. Drop your pooch off and he/she can come along! Mostly we would just love to watch your pooch playing wth our pooch in the backyard. Our yard is huge and has a 5 foot chain link fence (17,000 sq feet). There is a grass part, a concrete part, a slopey hill that just kinda runs wild, and we also have a pool that your doggie may want to jump in for a swim! Kid/cat/dog friendly dogs only please. **NOTE: Children, dogs and cats will never be left together unsupervised.**

Ann and her family were super amazing! Her dog penny is super friendly and got along really well with my dog. She went above and beyond taking care of Victor while I was away! I will definitely be requesting her again next time I need a sitter!

We love them all!! Our fenced back yard is 5 ft tall and totally secure. Our dog gets really excited upon first meeting a new dog, which is why very small dogs are probably not the best option for us (we're worried she might step on them!) but we’re willing to try anything if you are. Our dog has never met another dog who she didn’t like...she just likes them a little too much sometimes, LOL! We do have 3 children (ages 9, 7, 5), 2 male cats, and 1 dog, so any dog that stays in our house needs to be kid/cat/dog friendly. We'll try things out with you first if you're unsure how your dog will do, just to make sure that it's going to work out okay. During the week I will be gone at work and the kids will be at school, but my husband, David, works from home so he will be there to care for the animals. **NOTE: Children, dogs and cats will never be left together unsupervised.**
A typical day
We jog from Shablow/Hubbard down Gavina and around the back of the el Cariso golf course, through El Cariso and back home again. Weekdays we walk for about 30-60 minutes around the neighborhood. Also, my dog Penny and I just completed 4 private training lessons. Mostly, the trainer was just training me. Penny did great and I would be happy to try out what I learned on your dog, too.
