Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs, specifically labs. I have watched pets for my family and friends for years, and love hosting dogs (and cats!) at my place. It’s a quiet, stress-free space that they seem to love. I sometimes have my boyfriend’s dog at my place (he’s friendly and likes to play!) but can have him not be here if your pet doesn’t like other pets around.

Anne is a fantastic animal sitter!! She’s watched my goldendoodle, Honey, multiple times for long weekends when I’ve been out of town. She dog sat for Honey even when she was just 3 months old filled with puppy energy. She’s also come over and feed my 2 cats, Uma and Archie, when I’ve traveled. Anne’s got a great backyard for playing with pups and she’s such a dog lover and will give yours plenty of attention and good long walks.

I have a fenced in yard that I can play with your pet in. I sleep upstairs and would welcome your pet there, but if they have trouble with stairs, I can make them comfortable on the main level, too. My family has a cabin 50 min from Mpls as well, so if you’re comfortable with your pet being there and playing in the lake, I can do that as well.

A typical day
I’ll take your dog on lots of walks! I have several parks nearby that I can take them to, too. We can also play fetch in my backyard. Or, if your dog is older and just wants to chill and watch TV on the couch, I have a spot ready for them.

I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I can accommodate whatever schedule your pet needs. Love taking them for walks because it gets me out of my house, too. :)
