Pet care experience
I have 2 dogs of my own back home since I was in middle school. I’ve personally taken care of the pets of my friends so I am comfortable working with other dogs/cats. I run frequently so being active with your pet would be no issue!

I live in an apartment that is smoke and child free. I clean my home every week and leave no laundry or random items on the floor so there will be no chewing hazards for the pets. There is a pet friendly garden at the apartment I live at so I am able to play with your pet and take them for bathroom breaks.

Information Anne L. would like to know about your pet
I would like to be known of any allergies/ medications your pet has. This will allow me to be more attentive to what they can be surrounded with and what to provide them in the event of emergencies. Additionally, it would be helpful if I would be made aware of any stress stimulants your pet has (ex: jumpy to phone alerts, hates vacuum noises, etc). If your pet cannot be left alone/ has separation anxiety, also please let me know!
A typical day
I like to go to parks or hiking whenever possible. Running is also something I love to do and can take dogs with me. I live right next to Railroad Park so that is my go to place. I can fetch for hours, as my own dog loves to play ball for at minimum 3 hours everyday (no exaggeration!). Railroad Park and Oak Mountain are really nice places that I take pets to!

Availability
I am a student part time so I am usually at my apartment throughout the day. I workout almost daily and I wouldn’t mind running with a dog— they’ll probably push me to go harder! I would discourage pets that tend to be very vocal if I step out of the room for a short period of time, as I live in an apartment with close neighbors. The biggest conflict I would have is that my Friday’s are free after 10:30 am and I have scheduled obligations Sundays 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
