Pet care experience
My family has owned dogs since I was five years old, and I am planning on going to vet school after finishing my undergraduate degree. I spent many years in 4-H (an animal-focused youth organization) interacting with all kinds of animals and many hours pet-sitting for neighbors and friends as a child and teenager. I love animals, dogs in particular, and have hundreds of hours of experience caring for them. I go out of my way to spend times with dogs in addition to the hours I spend with my own. Right now I am living 2600 miles away from my own pups, so I am looking for other dogs that I can interact with and care for. I haven't met a dog I haven't liked and dogs feel the same about me.

Anne was great! We couldn't have asked for a better dog walker while we were out of town for a wedding.
Anne was absolutely fantastic. She took such great care of our dog and our house. Wrx was calm and relaxed when we got home as if we had never left. Wrx normally doesn't sleep well when we are gone because he stays up waiting for us and then sleeps for three days straight! But this time he was well rested and happy! I will definitely be contacting Anne in the future to watch him for us!
What a privilege! Anne grew among animals of all kinds on a property that was previously a summer camp; she grew up with several dogs of different kinds and very different temperaments. I believe there was some 4H activity in her childhood. I have seen her with her dogs, and I have observed her care and concern for their wellbeing. I have reason to believe that she is very attuned to their needs and well-equipped to exercise and nurture them in a way any veterinarian, dog owner or dog-whisperer would approve. If my dog were still alive, I would entrust him to Anne with no reservation. She is very intelligent, both intellectually and emotionally, and very sensitive to others, both canine and human. Anne is a joy to work with, and I recommend her highly for this work.
You will not be disappointed with Annes loving dog care ability. Anne is capable,and has a lifetime of experience, she is an exceptional animal owner and caregiver. If by the off chance important situation should arise Anne has excellent common sense and can handle a situation with confidence. I know Anne, she has cared for my dogs and other animals, I can honestly say I was truly please and put at ease while traveling to know that my pets were in her care. Best, KHM
