Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs, and my parents made sure that my brothers and I knew how to care for them well. We mostly had hunting dogs of various types along with a few stray mutts here and there. I loved them all, and they were some of the best company I've ever had. There's just something about spending time playing with or walking a dog that is soothing to the soul. I've always taken pride in providing the best care possible, and because I’m a fellow pet parent I truly understand how much of a privilege it is to care for your pet(s)/family members. I promise to do everything in my power to keep them happy, healthy, and safe in your absence. I'm looking forward to working with you!

Anne did such an awesome job taking care of my sweet boy!! He was tired and happy when I came home! She also left the house cleaner than how I left it. :). Definitely will be using her again.

Anne was an excellent dog sitter. Your pup was super happy hanging out with her during the week that we were gone. She watched our dog in our home which made the transition super easy. Our dog has a lot of energy and was amazed that Anne made an extra effort to get our dog out on lots of walks. Another amazing attribute of our experience with Anne was that our house was cleaner than when we left which was unexpected but so appreciated. I would feel very lucky and comfortable to have Anne watch our dog again.
Anne is so nice, we felt very comfortable having her stay in our home for 5 days with our dogs. We got back to a tidy house and calm happy dogs. I definitely recommend her, as we will be calling on her in the future!

Anytime your pet and I head out on a walk, they will be leashed. If they are loose in your yard, I'll be out there with them. If they are on medication or have health issues, please go over their needs with me prior to my visit so I can ask questions and be sure I'm prepared.

A typical day
We'll go for walks around your neighborhood, play in the backyard, and your dog will get lots of love and snuggles (if that's their thing). I want them to have so much fun that they forget to be sad that you're gone!

Availability
I currently work 8-5, Monday through Friday, so I prefer to do weekend sits (or, if your pet is accustomed to being crated or loose during your work day, I'm happy to stay at your home and hang out with them in the evenings). When I'm at your home, your pet is my top priority - walks, playtime, snuggles, whatever they need.
