Pet care experience
I’m waiting for a dog of my own so I’d love the opportunity to give yours the love it needs. I offer my experience having been trained in basic obedience and have worked with and as a trainer. My focus was on rescue dogs that came from troubled homes so Im comfortable with all breeds and understand they all deserve different types of attention, patience and love. I also did foster care for dogs that needed medical rehabilitation before they went to their permanent home. My aunt is a 30 year practicing veterinarian and is a ongoing resource if the dogs I’ve cared for have needed extra services like medications. I’m honored to be considered with the care and safety of your four legged friend.

Annalisa (Rose) was wonderful with our little westie. She was super flexible and accommodating with arranging a meet & greet as well as with drop off and pick up times. Our dog loved spending over a week with her - they went on walks all over the neighborhood, spent time at the dog park and she even gave him a bath. Rose truly cared for our westie and sent updates throughout the week that gave us some funny stories and made sure we were up to date on everything they were up to together!
Annalisa was awesome with Clover, my active and lovable boxer-pointer mix. We met and discussed Clover's quirks, and I could tell from the get-go that Annalisa would be a great sitter. Annalisa watched Clover when I was gone for a long weekend. She sent photos, and gave me updates throughout the weekend. She kept Clover active, taking her to the park and giving her much needed long walks (as well as a nice little unexpected dip in the fountain)! I could tell Clover was well-loved! I absolutely trust Annalisa, recommend her whole-heartedly and will book with her again!
Dear rovers.com I have known Annalisa Rose for her entire life. I am her father. She grew up with several dogs in the home, from large dogs, (Rottweiler , Bull-boxer, Dalmatian, Sharpae, Collie-Whippet, to smaller breeds, such as Shitzu, Bichon Frise, and a Chiuaua) in our family home and neighborhood. She has loved training and caring for dogs from a very early age. When she was young, her favorite TV show was Cesar 911. She has an incredible ability to read dog moods and behaviors. A typical day
I live near a dog park and also love walks in my very dog friendly neighborhood. I work part time accross the street so if it is a day I’m at work I’m still able to do frequent drop ins. Dogs are allowed on the couch and bed however; if they’re trained to stay off at home, I’ll make sure to follow owners preference to enforce good behavior and not to create any bad habits.
