Annabelle has been so great with our pup for occasional walks. She is reliable, following any and all instructions we leave, and updates us with great pics and stories about our sweet doggy. We have had Annabelle walk our dog about a half dozen times at this point and are looking forward to booking her for more in the future.

Annabelle was very polite and nice, and generally good with communication. However, several weeks before our scheduled stay, she was bitten by a different dog and so we set up a second meet & greet to go over our dogs' specific needs again (one has toy guarding issues). She verified afterwards that she felt comfortable sitting for us after going more in depth about the guarding, and went ahead with the stay. Despite this, she ended her stay after only one night because she felt she wasn't comfortable sitting for our pups after all due to her nervousness about her previous bite. While we understand her feelings and we were able to get friends and family to step in (we did not feel comfortable with a sitter replacement in our home whom we hadn't yet met), this was very frustrating for us since we were out of town and had gone out of our way to ensure she felt comfortable/ready to be our sitter. Had she told us prior to the stay, we could have hired a different sitter without having to scramble at the last minute. Overall, she is very professional, but may not be the best fit if you have a dog or dogs with any type of possession/guarding/aggression issues.
