Anyone who knows me will tell you how much I love animals, particularly dogs. I love my own very much and have had dogs all my life. I like breeds of all kind and take pride in making my own dog’s life as fun, happy and healthy as possible. I’m in a place where I would love to spend extra time caring for other animals. Trained in behavioral interventions for kids and these skills translate to animals, too! I am responsible, communicative, respectful of others’ space, and kind to all creatures. I am willing to check on your dog and spend time actually playing with them, taking them for a nice walk, and making sure they are happy if you are out of town. Please note I have my own small french bulldog who is very mild mannered and well behaved, and if you are requesting a sitting I will ask that he be able to come so I don’t have to worry about going back and forth or finding care for him. This is negotiable if it is just a short sitting. He is usually indifferent towards dogs if he doesn’t want to play with them. He has lived with cats he is indifferent towards but sometimes reacts to others’ cats in an excitatory way, but this usually dissipates after the first meeting. Please also note that rates may be conditional upon your location (e.g., if it takes me more than 10 minutes to get to your house, I will likely need to charge more).
