Pet care experience
I have had the wonderful experience of growing up with dogs! They were always my best friends when I was young. Since then I have spent the 6 years volunteer fostering over 20 different dogs to help find them homes. I have had the pleasure of working with all types of dogs from all different backgrounds with different needs and I'm comfortable with all ages! I am also happy to work with your dog on training exercises, and on leash and off leash practice. When not with your pup I work in Northern Virginia selling wine and absolutely love it, it also means i get to work from home 50% of the time! I believe everyday should be different and exciting. I’m looking forward to adding your pup to our pack and exploring the city!

We felt very safe and comfortable leaving our dog with Anna for the weekend! She is very responsive and you can just tell she knows what she’s doing when it comes to taking care of dogs. Would definitely recommend and book again!
Anna is the best dog sitter we’ve ever had! She loved our girl all week and took such great care of her. Our usually anxious senior dog came home so happy and relaxed- it’s like she had a vacation too. I will absolutely be booking Anna again!

Our pup Vesper LOVED her time with Anna! We had only had our dog for 3 months before we left her with Anna and were a little worried about how it'd go. Anna sent pictures, provided updates, and gave Vesper lots of extra walks and social time so she felt loved while we were away. I'm pretty sure Vesper was sad when she came home because her new fur-friends were gone! We will definitely book with Anna again!

I live in a larger apartment with easy access to a dog park on site. My boys get fed 2 times a day and receive a long walk in the morning and evening and 2 shorter walks throughout the day. Occasionally we’ll supplement a walk with a trip to the big dog park close by!

I dont have any breed preferences, but I would like to know how your dog gets along with others, people and fur people. My dog Carter does have a harder time getting along with non-neutered males, but there can be exceptions to this as well.
A typical day
I love taking my dogs on hikes! I find that it's great sense driven experience for them and relieves them of bordom from the mundane walk around the block.

Availability
I work from home 50% of the time so I’m able to maintain a routine and take regular walks with the pups! We also make regular trips to the dog park, and love doing doggy happy hours. Your dog will be treated exactly the same as I treat mine!
