I have over 25 years of experience being a pet owner and sitting animals. Animals have always been an integral part of my life and getting to sample other people’s pets by being a sitter is so much fun! Additionally, I have dog-training experience and would be happy to help your dog learn new tricks and commands, just ask! Please call and text about 30 to 60 minutes before drop-off and pick-up!! Doggie daycare drop-off is from 9-11am and pick-up is from 5-7pm. Boarding drop-off is between 5-7pm and pick up time runs from 9am-11am. If you need to arrange a different pickup or drop off time PLEASE SPECIFY. Can only accept clients for doggie day-care and boarding if dog (s)/cat(s) are fully vaccinated and social (meaning that they get along well with other animals and humans of all genders, shapes and sizes). This policy is in place to ensure the safety of every animal. Due to a horrible experience 😣 I’ve had on rover, I can no longer offer daycare or boarding services to any pit bulls, pit bull mixes, bullies or bully mixes—apologies to the many wonderful exceptional dogs I know I will be missing out on as a result of this policy. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or diet restrictions, and I will happily accommodate! Every dog has their own unique personality, leaving no two fluff balls alike! My routine starts and ends with my little chihuahua, Mimi. She wakes up—and wakes me up—every day at 7am for her morning potty. We then go back to bed and cuddle until 8:30am or 9am when we both have our breakfasts. At 10:30am we go for our 1.5 mile morning walk which includes the following featured stops; Philz, the Hoover Dog Park and Seale Park. Once back home Mimi and friends have full range of the house and the door to the fenced-in backyard is left open. Around noon, we go for another 1.5 mile walk, which includes two stops, the first being Palo Verde Elementary School and the second, Charleston Park. We usually play and rest until 6pm or 7pm when we go for our last 1.5 - 2 mile walk of the day. Will take your dog on plenty of walks and back at my house, your furry friend will have open access to a fenced in back yard with (open) back door access to the house all day! I own a super social 5lb chihuahua that adores spending time with both dogs and cats. And also own a cat, Poopoo head, who comes and goes as he pleases. I also have a driver’s license and own a car—so in the unlikely event there is an emergency I can drive pets straight to Palo Alto Veterinary, which is less than 1 mile away, or to a destination of the owner’s choice (within 10 miles from my home). As an MFT grad student, I have a lot of extra downtime to care for your pet! I can only study for 45 minutes at a time and require frequent study-breaks. During which I devote myself to loving, bonding, exercising and playing with your fur baby. Policy regarding any bookings in which a dog or cat suddenly becomes violent and starts attacking other animals; NO REFUNDS! By asking me to board or care for your animal in my home, YOU ARE GUARANTYING that your pet is SAFE & SOCIAL around BOTH ANIMALS & HUMANS! If YOUR PET INJURES ANY ANIMAL OR HUMAN, YOU & YOU ALONE ARE LIABLE for ALL VET CHARGES and ALL DOCTOR/ HOSPITAL VISITS incurred due to said aggressive attack.
