This review is going to be hard to write. I pondered it for a while and worried that it would cause both Anna and me some problems. The reason I thought it would cause me problems would be as follows: if I give Anna too many accolades, she's going to be overbooked and I won't be able to book her when needed! For Anna, it might make her too busy with no day's off, which would affect her desire to enjoy her dog-sitting jobs. So I contemplated leaving an aloof review: it would be just good enough to let people know that she can do the job and their pets will be well cared for, but not so much about how comforted she will make you feel. But I have to say so much more than that, because she deserves it! I was impressed by Anna from her first message reply: she was courteous and professional and her friendliness came through instantly. When she came over to meet the pups, I could tell instantly she was going to work out great and that she's a true animal lover and sweet soul. My dogs literally love ALL people, so that's easy. But SHE fell in love with them as well, and the joy in her giggles when they greeted her was infectious. I only had to be gone for two days, but after some of my previous experiences, I was having a lot of anxiety about leaving. In the past, I've been a bit obsessive about checking on my security cameras to see that the pups were happy: sadly, they had been left alone for more hours than I'd intended them to, and once, I had to actually cut a trip short by two days in order to return to rescue the pups from too many hours in their crate! After Anna's arrival on day one, I didn't even feel the need to check anymore, and for me, that speaks volumes (I can be a bit of a helicopter mom...). Anna was communicative, thoughtful, sent the cutest photos and updates, and even gave me a message from my neighbor while I was traveling. Before I returned from the trip I immediately booked her for another trip a few months in advance. Wanted to ensure that we'll have the same level of care going forward. I am hopeful that Anna will be my #1 choice as long as she's still available. Thanks again kid, and see you soon!

Anna was great with my very particular kitty! Excellent communication and was able to make friends with a car that doesn’t like just anyone. Will definitely be booking her again!
