I’m Anna. Since the age of two, I’ve always had pets including dogs, cats, birds, and horses. Mom taught me to be friendly and loving with animals. At one point, we had five dogs and two cats in the house. I have amazing childhood memories of all the animals we had. After a while, my mom encouraged us to adopt and foster pups instead of buying new puppies. When I was twelve, my family volunteered for a program that trained canines for people with vision impairment. We fostered and socialized the pups for a year until they were ready to train for the job. We currently only have one pooch. He came to my family as a puppy and was selected to be a breeding dog. He needs to be close to a family, so we took him. Recently, I volunteered at the SoCal Corgi Beach Day and helped them with various events. As for pet care, I mostly just do sitting and walking for friends and family at this time, but I’d like to get back to interacting with more animals. That’s where Rover comes in! I work from home, but I make my own schedule. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time to the dogs and other pets I look after. I’m great with all canines! I have experience with a wide variety of breeds and mixes as well as adopted, rescued, and gifted puppers. I’m super active and love taking dogs on walks or runs if they’re used to lots of physical activity. My extensive background in volunteering, fostering, sheltering, sitting, and walking pups make me the perfect sitter for your fur baby.
