Pet care experience
I currently work part-time at a doggie daycare/boarding center. My primary responsibilities include: making sure that the dogs interact appropriately, ensuring their and other's safety; feeding them; and giving them their medications. Additionally, I often give them baths and am responsible for cleaning up the many messes they leave. Lastly, I make sure they get lots of love and attention. I've worked there for more than a year and I love my job because I love dogs! Working at a doggie daycare means that I've interacted with dogs of all sizes and demeanors and personalities. Besides my job experience, I've fostered puppies from the Animal Rescue League, had a dog of my own for 9 years, as well as dog sat for friends and family many times.

Anna is one of the few that I can leave my sweet puppy with and feel like I have don’t have check in with them! Anna is a very caring and responsible young adult! She bonds very well with pets and spends lots of snuggle time and long walks with them! We love Anna and so does Bailey- there is no one more caring -your fur baby will for sure love her!!
When Anna watched my dog while I was gone she made sure my dog had the time of her life and felt at home, which is hard to do because she has separation anxiety. She took her to an ice cream shop and went on multiple runs with her throughout the day. I was always given updates and pictures of my dog throughout her stay with Anna that showed she was having a good time. I also worked with Anna at a doggy daycare and she was almost every dogs favorite for a reason. She always gives every dog she sees attention and love. Anna truly cares about every dog she meets and your dog will be having so much fun they wont even realize you are gone.

Before pet sitting, I would like to know their diet among what their typical feeding times are, the last and first time they're typically let out, the amount and duration of walks, and just general likes and dislikes. I do not have any breed preference, but I do have a sweet spot for Golden Retrievers since my childhood dog was one.
A typical day
I live in an area right by the greenbelt, so either we could walk around my neighborhood or the greenbelt trail. Like many dogs, I love going on car rides and would love to have someone's furry friend accompany me. Besides car rides, I always like to play fetch or go on runs. For less active dogs, I am just as okay relaxing and soaking up the sun.
