About us: I work in healthcare to take care of people but have a real passion for animals. My boyfriend and I share a home with a fenced in yard with 2 dogs of our own (11 year old Golden female, Palmer, and 2 year old shepherd mix male, Kenai). Both dogs are friendly and neutered/spayed. Palmer spends most of her day napping on the couch but she is always up for pets and LOVES to play ball in the yard. Kenai loves to play with other dogs, his toys, and chase squirrels in the yard. Our schedule: My boyfriend works a hybrid job and mostly works from home (outside the home for 4 hours/day max). I work outside the home but spend the mornings/evenings running/walking/exercising Kenai. We create our weekend based on dog sitting to ensure we are giving your pup everything they need. If you are comfortable with it, your pup can always join us on our hikes or other weekend adventures. My Background: I have been around animals ever since I was young and enjoy caring for them. In my free time, I love to go hiking, backpacking, camping, and enjoy being outside! I was a volunteer at the Humane society as a dog walker for 4 years. Additionally, I was a foster mom for a volunteer based dog rescue organization that has helped close to 2,000 find their forever homes. Through this organization, I have had the opportunity to watch dogs of all sizes and all different backgrounds. Helping these pups find their forever homes is a passion of mine.
