As a new graduate student at UMD I'm looking forward to the opportunity of exploring Baltimore County and surrounding areas and all the local parks and trails, as well as making some extra money. I've taken care of many pets throughout my life. I've fostered dogs from the SPCA ranging from 4 weeks to 2 years, I've had my own childhood pet from the age of six, and I've walked and boarded dozens of dogs for other peoples. I've also puppy sat for my family on numerous occasions for breeds ranging from a Chihuahua, Huskie, Lab, Basset Hound, to a Shiloh shepherd. I recently rescued my first dog of my own, a sweet three year old lab/hound mix named Finn. I love everyone's pets like they're my own, and I definitely wear them out when we go adventuring together! For me, walking dogs is a great motivator to get exercise and walk or jog around town. Finn and I can't wait to meet our new furry friends and mutually motivate each other to stay healthy and active!
