Pet care experience
*My mom is coming to stay with me in June, so we will be a Mother-Daughter team providing twice the love, care, and cuddles. 💖 My fur baby passed away in 2019 from lymphoma, and I would have given my kidney to save her life if I could. She was very unruly (with her 50 lbs) when we came to pick her up from a kill shelter, that they asked us "are you sure you want THIS dog? We have others.." Of course, we went there for her! With love and patience, we learned every trick in the book, and not.. and she turned out to be the perfect fur child. She loved her crate as her private space, but we would never lock it when we were not home, and we would always come back to the house intact. Additionally, I grew up with a Giant Schnauzer and many cats at various times; and my former neighbors had a chihuahua I would also watch for them. So I am open to dogs and cats of different breeds and sizes.

Anna was absolutely wonderful watching our dog Bailey. We couldn’t recommend her enough. She was so warm and loving toward Bailey right away, sent lots of updates throughout Baileys stay (w/ pictures). With definitely be seeing Anna again soon!

Anna recently watched our two dogs and stayed at our house and was amazing! She sent a ton of pictures of the dogs and updates throughout and they looked so happy with her! She also left the house/yard so clean! Would absolutely recommend Anna for anyone who needs someone to watch their pets!!

I definitely like to know if they are leash reactive when seeing other dogs or squirrels. If they are aggressive to other dogs they meet on the walk. I'd also like to know their general routine (whether it is during a walk or a stay) so I can mimic that as closely as possible to make them feel comfortable and secure.
A typical day
30 minutes walk/visit is almost never 30 minutes! It's 30 minutes+! I genuinely enjoy spending time and taking care of animals. If you were to ask any of my clients, if I am not on a tight schedule that day, I will spend more time playing with your pets in your home during a visit or soaking up the sun on a walk or in the park.

Availability
My work schedule has recently changed from work from home to kind of hybrid, with some sporadic Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays that I have to be in the office. However, it varies from week to week, so please reach out to see if I could still be of help! I am open to hosting your fur baby at my home but can only do so for a very small (under 20 lbs) house trained fur child. And as I go out for my daily walks, I would love to have someone to walk with. And if you needed me to stay in your home, I could easily work from your home and keep your fur babies company.
