Pet care experience
I have previous experience as a zookeeper, service dog trainer, and am currently a wildlife caretaker and educator, so have been working with a variety of animals for many years. Since I do not currently have pets of my own, I am always looking to spend more time helping others with their pets, no matter what breed or species! I also like to stay active so will be happy to keep your pet busy and having fun as much as possible with lots of play time, walks, runs, and even enrichment! My services include house sitting, drop in visits, and walking. While my weekends vary, I am most flexible/free on Sun, Mon, Wed, & Thurs, but otherwise I am typically available after 4 in the afternoon. Anna stayed over night with our pets for the first time. All of them were very relaxed and the house was clean when we got back. My big GSD mix can be very nervous around strangers, but warmed up to Anna quickly during the meet-and-greet a few days before our trip. We would definitely recommend Anna as a pet and house sitter.
Anna was excellent! She is very professional and detail-oriented; she asked good questions so she knew Bella's needs and preferences. Bella loved Anna immediately and was so well cared for. I don't leave Bella often but we had a week of visiting our daughter out of state. Anna had my complete trust, and she checked in often with photos of places they walked. She also took great care of the house; it was clean and orderly upon our return - she even added water to the pool level when it dropped. I felt so comfortable and relieved that Bella was in good, caring, and responsible hands. Can't wait to use Anna's services again and highly recommend her. I am very finicky and rarely leave Bella - honestly, it is so comforting to know I can have peace of mind and know Bella is happy and cared for. I feel much more willing to go out of town now.

A typical day
I like to take dogs to the beaches and nature parks around the area, as well as let them run around the dog park near my home. If I am sitting at the dog's home, I will usually find fun places to take the dog on walks and explore as well.

Very free and flexible on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and anytime after 4 on other days. Happy to help work out the perfect schedule for whatever needed, including specific walks, meds, and training
