I really don't like leaving negative comments but this time I feel I should. Anna came to meet the 2 dogs she was supposed to house sit. All went well. I was gone 2 nights, I didn't hear anything or receive pictures of her visits. I texted asking if everything was OK and she said yes, all was good. I didn't hear anything the 2nd night, and when I got home the next day, it did not appear she had checked on them at all. My dogs wear diapers in the house bc they won't house train, my female still had the same diaper on that I put on her the day I left, it was soiled terribly. My male must have gotten out of his diaper, there was pee and poop all over the house. I texted her that it appeared she hadn't even been at the house at all. No response. It wasn't until I texted the next day a requested my money back that she showed me a video of the dogs barking at her. She said the barking got worse if she moved toward them. I asked why she never sent me a message and said she was having a problem. I would have told her how to approach them, but she never did and a week later I still haven't received any refund. The lack of communication is what I was most disappointed in. She deserves a second chance but it won't be with me.
