Pet care experience
I have always loved animals and have had dogs and cats my whole life. I have become more aware of their emotional needs from years of observing them, and realize now how crucial it is for them to receive attention, love and play. I prefer being physically active rather than sitting behind a desk, so I am happy to walk your dog and/or play with him and/or your cat! I am easy to communicate with, and happy to text you photos or videos of walks and play time. A little more about me: my background is in human resources and teaching, which are both "helping" professions. I love to help others, which is why I love caring for animals. Anna was wonderful. I booked her three weekends in a row and we had no issues. Anna messaged us every day to let us know what she and the dogs were up to and sent pictures and videos. I would recommend her house sitting services and I would book with her again.
Anna has been a friend my whole life. She has a very calm and loving demeanor. She cares deeply for people as well as any animal she comes in contact with. Our dog is part of our family and I would trust Anna to take care of him anytime.

I would need to be assured that the dog is housebroken, is good with other dogs (I have a 45-pound hound dog and a chihuahua), and does not get up on furniture (unless it's a small dog, in which case I will allow it).
A typical day
My yard is mostly fenced in, and will be completely fenced in soon. For dogs that board at my home, I will walk them at Edgewater Park, and sometimes over the bridge going to Clearwater Beach. I will also walk them up the Pinellas Trail, which is 3 blocks from my house. I love playing "tag" and catch with dogs in the back yard. For dogs that are well-behaved and comfortable in dog parks, I will take them to the dog park at Crest Lake Park.
