When you go out of town, why not give your dog a vacation? My name is Anna and I’ve owned dogs for 30 years. Before starting my own pet sitting business two years ago, I was a horseback riding instructor and drove horse carriages in downtown Boston part time. Through working with horses, I realized the trick to working with all animals was calm assertive energy. I’ve had a few clients and many family members call me the animal whisperer throughout my life and I take that title very seriously. I believe all animals have a voice and it’s our responsibility as stewards of the earth to nurture and love our pets, while also teaching them how to cohabitate nicely with their two legged counterparts. Whether I’m with just my dogs or have guest pups over, my home revolves around a daily schedule of cuddling, feeding, training, exercising and loving. We like to play fetch in the yard, go for long hikes in the Fells and practice staying calm when the doorbell goes off (it’s a daily struggle)!
