Pet care experience
I have always loved animals. Alongside my career in childcare, I have been pet sitting as a side job for over 15 years, starting when I was young and would feed the neighborhood cats while their families were on vacation. As with the children I care for, I treat the animals the way they would be treated at home (if not slightly pampered) Today, my husband and I regularly are dog walking and/or boarding dogs in our home because we both love it! Your dog will love it too!

Anna was awesome! She took Ruby on adventures, but she always checked in to make sure it was okay. Ruby went to the beach and hung out with other puppy friends. The best part was the pictures though! I now have a bunch of adorable photos to share :) Can’t wait to visit for daycare
Anna was so wonderful! Very easy going and great with dogs. You can tell she loves what she does. She took great care of my dog Sasha over thanksgiving. They went on long walks and she came home exhausted, so I know she had a wonderful time. Anna is also a great photographer, you’ll get some super cute pictures!! I definitely recommend Anna and I’ll be booking with her again in the future :)
Anna was a great communicator and sent wonderful pictures during our pup's stay. I hope to use Anna again!
Anna is very professional, has a kind heart, and loves dogs. She took such good care of our dog while we were gone. It was Comforting knowing he was in good hands while we were gone. She has a nice fenced backyard for dogs to play in and she gave us updates as to how he was doing while we were away.

I like to have a general feel for your pet's likes and dislikes, as well as things you may or may not let them do. I want your pet to have a stress free visit and not get sent home with bad habits. Does the lawn mower or vacuum send your dog into a panic? Is your dog allowed to sit on the couch? Are there certain tricks to get your fussy eater to eat their food? Do children or strangers spook your dog? The more I know about your dogs disposition and quirks, the better!
A typical day
I like to integrate the visiting dog with the routine I have with my dogs. Walking to get coffee, going to pet friendly restaurants for lunch, visiting the Metroparks for nature walks and dips in the river. I always send pictures so you know what your dog is up to while you are gone
