The 2 stars were only because my pets were well taken care. Coming home after a 12 hour flight, jetlagged and being gone for 10 days I didn't expect to come home to have to thoroughly clean my home. The floors and carpets were covered in crumbs, little spills and dirt. There was food and pots left out all over the kitchen and spills in the fridge too. The master bathroom was a mess also. I also had to ask for updates and pictures, they were not sent regularly. Again, my dog's were good but my house was a disaster.

Anna is the best pet sitter I know! Prompt, responsible, and very loving and caring. It gives me so much comfort to know my let’s are well loved and taken care of when I’m traveling.
