Anna was fantastic! Dogs were happy and tired when we got home. Great communication while we were away. Calm with all the plans. Handled our high anxiety pup amazingly. Super helpful, offered to pick up doggie meds when we were running out. All around the best!

Came back to happy and healthy dogs, which is the most important thing. Anna also took care of more plants than initially expected which I'm super grateful for, and she started the laundry before leaving which was great to come home to. There were a few things we were less thrilled about. The communication was not great - I didn't hear from her at all for a full 2.5 days and was starting to wonder if I should send a neighbor over to check on things. She also took both my dogs out together initially, not per the instructions we left, which works with most dogs but doesn't work with ours at all since one needs lengthier walks and is leash reactive, and one is elderly and blind and doesn't go for walks at all. It's a safety concern for both and doesn't fulfill the needs of the younger one. Starting out like that gave me some anxiety for the rest of the week. We also came back to bits of trash on the floors throughout every room, including what looked/smelled like the butt of something smoked, though I could be wrong on the specifics. Not anti smoking of whatever people want, but anti that being left on the floor where my dogs could ingest it. Other than that there were just several other instances of where she disregarded the written instructions we left. To be fair, there was a lot in the instructions since I wanted to cover all the bases of what could happen and not just what was exactly needed, but yeah. Grateful she cared for my dogs (and plants), but wasn't thrilled overall with the experience.
