I've ALWAYS loved animals. As a kid, my siblings and I used to sneak abandoned/injured animals into the house or find ways to earn money to buy pets (and hope/force my parents to cave-in once our new pals were in the house). Birds, cats, dogs, frogs, turtles, hamsters, bearded dragons, snakes, freshwater fish, saltwater fish, and even the occasional creepy crawly bugs. Once the animals were rehabilitated or we were no longer able to keep them, we always made sure the animal was better as a result of being with us and ultimately end up in happy home. This fascination/love/respect for animals has been with me my whole life and I continue to strive for this goal with every animal encounter, regardless of how brief. Pets provide us with unmatched, unconditional love and companionship. In return, we strive to provide them with love, shelter, food, exercise and mental stimulation through walks/playtime and socialization with other dogs. However, we also live in a crazy busy society, I get it! Whether you're busy at work, taking a much needed vacation, or whatever the reason, I am happy to jump in and help. I have experience with dogs from teeny tiny yorkies to massive bull mastiffs. I'd love to meet you and your furry family and see how I can help out whether in the comfort of our home, out for a walk/park, or a visit to my home. My husband and I are in our 30s and live in the Portage Park/Jefferson Park area with a fenced in yard with no children or other pets. You can rest assured that your pet will have my full attention.
