Pet care experience
We have been caring for people's dogs, cats and rabbits for 25 years in a loving environment. Pets are pampered, exercised and happy when they leave and always look forward to coming back. I work from home 3-days a week and work 15 minutes away when in the office. My 17 year old son and daughter, during summer break will be caring for pets as well. We have taken care of dogs that range from a 15 year old bichon to 2 year old 100lb white Labrador. And many other sizes / shapes in-between. I grew up with dogs and my children grew up with a black Labrador (Sinbad). We started caring for other dogs when a co-worker was severely injured on a business trip while in Germany. We took care of Charlie and Loualla (for months) until she was well enough to be flown back to the states with her family. Then a 6-year old basset hound stayed with us, while another co-worker, was in transit selling his home in New Jersey to move to CT. Then we moved to an apartment complex in Danbury where we started our Pet Sitting Service and are now back in Bethel continuing to provide a loving, happy and safe environment for your pets. Ann has a beautiful home and was very nice. She sent us pics and updates so we never had to worry about how our dog was doing. Wish we lived closer to bring our dog there again, but if we're ever through the area we would drop our dog off there again and would recommend her to anyone else who needs a pet sitter.
We were so nervous leaving our double doodle Finn for a week and after exploring all of our options we were absolutely thrilled to meet Ann. When we went on our meet and greet we felt immediately at ease. You could clearly tell she loves dogs and went out of her way to put us and our dog at ease. All throughout out vacation she sent pictures and alleviated any concerns we may have had. The best part for us though was when we picked our boy up he clearly enjoyed himself because while happy dancing around us he would periodically run back to Ann. We could not be more thrilled with the care and attention he received and intend to use Ann again.
We were so nervous to leave Lucy with someone we didn't know. Ann put us right at ease. She treated Lucy like her own. Ann sent photos, took Lucy on walks and you can tell she loves dogs! We weren't sure Lucy would want to come home! Thanks Ann!
