Ann took terrific care of our dog and our house over the long weekend. She was pleasant and professional, and Bindi loves her! Above and beyond service. We will definitely engage her again.

Ann was phenomenal taking care of my two cats while I was on vacation for 11 days. This was the first time I used Rover so naturally I was nervous. However, I knew when she first came by to meet Champs and Sauvi she was a good fit. They both immediately warmed up to her when they normally are very shy with new people. My cats have a few special needs, one is an aggressive eater and has a specific feeding style to avoid throwing up/eating the others food, the other I found out the day before I left had a UTI and had to take some pain meds. Ann was great administratoring the paid meds and accommodating their needs. Every few days Ann sent me an update with pictures which made me feel at ease. Not to mention our house was perfect when we returned. I will absolutely rebook with Ann again in the future and HIGHLY recommend her.
