After booking and confirming drop off day and time, I texted Ann- Rachel that morning saying I was on my way. I texted and called when I arrived and there was no response. I knocked at her door and started to get nervous as I had a flight I had to catch for work, and she didn’t even answer the door. I called, texted and waited another 30 minutes, asked neighbors if they knew her, and still no response. I missed my flight for work, had to embarrassingly tell my boss I missed my flight and wouldn’t be at the work meeting, and had to drive 4 hours to my sisters place, as I couldn’t find any last minute places. I didn’t hear from her all day, and the next day she texted (after I said I was reporting her to Rover), and said she didn’t have her phone on or hear the door. It was a terrible morning, and I strongly urge others to not book and put themselves in the same situation.
