Pet care experience
I have cared for animals since I was 4. I have extensive knowledge of pet care (esp. Dogs). I would be very hard-pressed to think of any kind of care and training I haven't given. Dogs love me. This is my whole day, doggies! I have no outside work. My children are grown and I enjoy the company of animal friends greatly. I love to walk, cuddle, dog park, whatever! I have no pets of my own so your pet will always be priority. To me helping out with pet care is the best of both worlds. My home is filled with comfy blankets and our wonderful "Squirrel TV", (also known as my glass doors) a dog level view of a busy woodland.

Ann did a great job watching our little guy. She communicated often and was helpful administering some medicine for him. Our dog is a bit anxious at first too, but Ann was very approachable and made a point to be extra attentive in those initial meetings

I feel very comfortable leaving Callie in Ann’s care. She took care of Callie previously and updated me daily with photos and messages as to Callie’s well being. I wouldn’t have anyone else take care of her while we’re away🐾😊👍

Clearly, any medical needs, challenging behaviors but also favorite activities, touch tolerance, food needs/preferences. Any regular grooming needs, reactions to other dogs and/or people while on walks.
A typical day
Almost anything goes, really. I enjoy basic training, or just having fun! There's a dog park just up the road if that's something they would enjoy. There are also 2 lovely regular parks for leash walks. I only use positive motivation, aside from the occasional gentle "no".

This is my main life activity so I will have few outside responsibilities. My policy is that I never leave a pet longer than 3 hours.
