Can I Meet Your Pet??!!!
Pet care experience
Thinking about venturing out of the house? I will be happy to walk or feed your pet or house sit for you! I am fully vaccinated and boosted and now that things are opening up and people are starting to travel, I would love to resume provide pet sitting services. I want to stay close to home (City of Frederick) but as usual, I take clients on a case by case basis. I have 50 years of pet experience, and I have a very happy group of clients - see my reviews! Ann was a wonderful pet sitter. She communicated with us frequently on how the dogs were doing. Both of our pups are seniors and it gave us a great comfort level knowing they were being looked after so well.
This was the first time I used Rover and Ann was my 1st pet sitter. I couldn't have been more pleased with Ann watching/house sitting my 2 pugs and 9 chickens. She was very attentive to my senior pug who gets a couple meds per day. She seemed to enjoy my chickens and happy with the 2 dozen eggs they gave her. Ann kept in touch with us with pics while we were gone. Ann will certainly be my 1st choice next time I need a pet sitter.
We were very comfortable leaving our home and fur babies in Ann's care. Everything was well taken care of and liked great when we returned.
Ann routinely cares for my two German Shepard dogs. She always provides excellent service and care. My dogs are always excited to see Ann and love her company. I look forward using her again for drop-in visits and highly recommend her. Jerry Mount Airy, MD

I would like to know if your pet was raised with kids or other people, or is a one-person type of animal. Is your dog good with other people? Is your dog good with other dogs, or should we keep our distance? (I've had experience with dog-agressive dogs.) What motivates your dog? Treats? Praise? Belly rubs? All of the above? Are there any specific things that your dog likes or does not like? Any activities that I should encourage or avoid? What are the rules that you set for your dog? I don't want to allow them to do something that you wouldn't. I love all pets (except reptiles and insects!), especially dogs, and have a true soft spot for German Shepherds.
A typical day
If walking near your residence, I will find out your dog's favorite places to get their favorite sniffs! If your pet stays home, I'm happy to hang out on the couch with them too. I'll do my best to keep their fun activities the same as they have when you are home.

I work full time at Frederick Community College during the week. I can do lunch time drop in visits for local clients if your pet needs a mid-day break..
