About Aerdhel

  • Sex: Female
  • Age: 7 years, 2 mo. old
  • Weight: 30lbs
  • Breed: Pug
  • Tracking Chip: Yes
  • Spayed: No
  • House Trained: Yes
Although she's older, Aerdhel is house trained and goes out in the morning, at noon, and before bed.
  • Gets along with children: Yes
When Aerdhel hears a baby crying in person or on television, she gets very concerned and wants to help!
  • Gets along with other dogs: Yes
Aerdhel is an older lady who we rescued from a breeding family. She's already lost a lot of weight and is so much happier in a home where she gets the proper love she deserved all those years!
  • Gets along with cats: Yes
Aerdhel believes she is a cat herself, and loves cuddling with her brothers when they actually want to cuddle.

Special Requirements

Aerdhel has separation anxiety, and doesn't do well alone. She needs to be around someone and cuddle with them at all times.

About Marci

She's very needy, but also big and doesn't know how to keep her paws down when she's getting pet and will get you if you're not paying attention. She's a wonderful dog who just wants to make up for lost time. So patience is a big thing for her! She's gotten better since we've adopted her, but as anyone knows, it's a longer process for some babies. But she means well :)

  • Sex: Female
  • Age: 1 year, 5 mo. old
  • Weight: 50lbs
  • Breed: Labrador Retriever
  • Tracking Chip: Yes
  • Spayed: Yes
  • House Trained: Yes
It's rare she has an accident now, it only happens when she gets scared and we think that may be because of being in a shelter, or maybe because she's still young.
  • Gets along with children: No
The only reason I'm saying no is because we haven't seen her around young children yet, and she doesn't know what personal space is.
  • Gets along with other dogs: Yes
Marci loves to play with other dogs, but she doesn't know when enough is enough most of the time. We are trying to break her of that habit, but she's still got a lot of shelter in her, so it's been difficult.
  • Gets along with cats: Yes
Marci views cats as dogs, and will always want to play with them. She doesn't understand that most cats don't like that, though and will chase and play with them. She's never hurt a cat before, though.
