Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Anish and I have had quite a bit of experience pet sitting for my neighbor’s and friend’s dogs and cats. I am also an avid foster, having fosters over 15 dogs of all sizes and ages! I am extremely responsible and prompt and will ensure that your dog is taken care of very well! I have had experience walking, playing with, and training dogs and have worked with dogs of all breeds sizes small to large. I have also spent time volunteering at pet shelters so I have experience working with dogs with injuries and other conditions. I am a high energy person so I absolutely have the energy to run with and play with dogs. I hope to get to know your dog and make sure he/she has a good time while in my care. Thank you very much.

Anish was very friendly, my cats liked him, and came very consistently (on one day's notice!). He seemed may be new to cats and missed tasks I thought were part of the standard package, like putting the old food cat food cans in the recycling and cleaning the litter box (which I pointed out and listed in my description of tasks but didn't explicitly say "this needs to be scooped every day"). He was apologetic about this when I got home and gave me a partial refund when I asked; I think it would've been fine if I'd laid out the tasks explicitly when we talked.
Anish took great care of our boy Bruno! He looked so happy and relaxed when we picked him up :) We highly recommend Anish for daycare!
Anish was great with my dog Scout! He was flexible and was able to watch him at last minute. It seemed like scout got along with him really well. I’d definitely book with him again!
I only think a 5-star review is legit and well deserved if the overall experience feels flawless and exceeds all expectations. Anish is a legit 5 stars, and I could tell that my dogs had a good time and got a lot of attention. This was my first time using Rover, and Anish was the first time I had hired someone to watch my 2 dogs (both 6 years old) for an entire day (12+ hours). Anish made the whole process feel seamless, starting with connecting on Rover, coordinating the drop-off and pick-up, and checking in with me halfway through the day with a text photo of my dogs and how things were going....things were going great :) If you consider using Rover and Anish pops up in your search results - he's the one. We will go on walks around the city depending on where the location is! I will make sure to map out the closest park or open field so he/she has time to play in an open area. I will also go running with him around the town so he is able to get ample excercise. I’d like to take her/him on a hike and play fun activities like fetch with a frisbee and find it.
