Pet care experience
I have lived and helped care for dogs since I was born, 18 years ago. As an elementary school student I watched and walks my neighbor dogs when they went on trips. Now I take my family dog, who I have a strong bond with, on walks and hikes often. I also have a lot of experience walking dogs who don’t know me very well.

Anika was raised with dogs, chickens and fish and has always been a responsible and caring pet owner. She has assisted in wild bird handling for research and her calming presence was highly valued. Anika truly has a wonderful way with animals. Your dog will be in very good hands!
Anika is a very responsible, good hearted person. She grew up with a younger brother, which she often took care of. She, also, had dogs in the home for most of her life. Anika is a active person, who loves going for a walk with a dog.

I do not have a fenced yard or available or overnight indoor access, just enough for a dog to lay down, nap and warm up. I will try to spend the most time outdoors, walking, hiking or playing at parks.

Availability
I am currently a full time student at MSU and am staying at the dorms. I am not available for over nights but I am available on the weekends for day care and walks. During the week days I have classes, however I am available for walking if the times can be flexible around class times.
