Looking for a running buddy!

Pet care experience

Being a student, I don’t have the time to be a full time pet parent, but Rover gives me the opportunity to have special bonds with other people’s pets who would other wise be bored and lonely during the day. I have experience caring for special needs pets including deaf dogs and geriatric dogs needing medications. I have a single level home so doggies with wheels are welcome too! If behavioral issues are a problem let me know, we can work out a plan for your pup to make sure they are able to get out all of their energy. I use clicker training and rigorous exercise to bring you back a well behaved pup :-) I’m able to indulge working breed dogs who need more mental stimulation as well.

He was completely covered in caked on mud, collar ruined when I picked him up. His belly and legs were literally bleeding and covered in scrapes and scratches and she never let me know while I was away or when I picked him up until I asked and she just said there were three dogs and they all kept humping each other. I asked if there was a fight and she said no but he is literally bleeding. She said his back foot was hurt somehow and offered zero explanation for any of these issues as well as never once mentioned anything while I was out of town, to give me a heads up or even have the option to come pick him up early. I asked for the brand new $30 chew toy I sent him with back and she said she couldn’t find it, and gave me an old used ball instead. I’ve literally never had such a terrible experience leaving Atticus with someone from rover, and it seriously makes me doubt her ability to care appropriately for animals. Would not recommend!

Angie watched our dog for one night plus a half day. She was incredibly accommodating with drop off/ pick up times. We originally met at a park for our meet and great and she was perfectly professional and up for the challenge to tame my young lab. She sent me lots of pictures of my dog playing! If you’re thinking about using Angie, please book her! You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be reaching out to her for my future boarding needs :)

It was obvious Angie did a great job caring for our boxers. We appreciated the updates while they were with her. We were very happy working with her!

Angie was great and will use in the future! Sent us very cute photos for updates with cookie. Daily walks to the park nearby. A tired dog is a happy dog. She was poooped when we got home. Cookie is a shy eater even at home so I'm glad she decided to feed her what cookie can't refuse. Thank you again Angie for taking care of our cookie

A typical day

I live in a quiet neighborhood near many parks and scenic natural areas, depending on your dogs energy levels we will probably go on walks/runs around the area or play fetch. I might get some skates for dogs who really enjoy pulling!
