Pet care experience
NOTE: AS A SAFETY PROTOCOL DURING COVID-19, ROVER PET PARENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER MY RESIDENCE DURING MEET & GREET APPOINTMENTS AND/OR OWNER PICKUP/DROP-OFF RESERVATIONS. Hi, I’m Angie! I have a veterinary technician education background and years of experience in the pet care industry (dog grooming, dog walking, dog daycare attending, and more). I am certified in Pet First Aid & CPR through Pet Tech. I am currently studying to earn my Dog Daycare Owner and Pet Hotel Owner certifications, to establish my own pet care facility in the near future. I’m also very active in the animal rescue community. I have experience working with cats and dogs of all breeds, sizes, and more- from newborn kittens/bottle babies to under-socialized cats and puppies to greyhounds, pitties, and German Shepherds! My requirements: DOGS— All dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella. They must also have a NEGATIVE fecal test result within the last six months. I will require proof of these immunizations. CATS— All cats must be vaccinated against Rabies and Feline Leukemia (FeLV). Cats must also have a negative fecal exam within the last six months. I’m a full time pet sitter and part time student, currently studying to earn my Pet Hotel Owner and Dog Daycare Owner certifications to soon open my own pet care facility. I have an enclosed backyard with lots of space for your pup to indulge in zoomies. My two small dogs and cats are also very friendly and love snuggling up beside any new furry friends.
Reviews
Angie and Vince were great! They provided us with daily updates, picture, and videos. My dog had a wonderful time staying with them and we’ll definitely be booking with them again.
Angie is amazing! I boarded my dog Finley with her for 5 days and was blown away at the level of care, attention, communication, and special touches Finley received. Angie sent regular communication, picture, and videos of Finley living it up and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Can’t recommend enough!
It was our first time leaving our pup with someone else. Angie made us comfortable immediately! She was so great with our Maya, sending us pics throughout the day. Maya came home pooped and slept like a baby that night. Thank you, Angie!!!!
Our two pups stayed with Angie for the weekend. They seemed to have a great time, as they were both wiped out once they came home. Angie kept us updated the whole time with pictures and daily summaries. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to others.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a very strict enrollment process I follow when taking on any new pup into my care, as I like to make sure my client relationships with both pet parents and their pets are compatible. I follow strict health and safety guidelines by always making sure my clients’ pups are up-to-date on vaccines and fecal exams. To provide a safe environment for my clients’ pups, I always assess all pups through an in-person Meet & Greet appointment. Meet & Greets with me are mandatory, as these appointments allow my clients’ pups to become acclimated. Meet & Greets also give pet parents the opportunity to ask me any questions, voice any concerns, and/or set expectations, as well as open up a clear line of communication. For the safety of all pets, I have a six foot tall fenced backyard with lots of space for your pooch to run around.

Information Angie V. would like to know about your pet
Before any boarding session begins, it is important for me to be informed of any unwanted behaviors (chewing, territorial marking, toilet water drinking, leash reactivity, food aggression or resource guarding, etc.) so I know how to best care for each individual pup’s needs and possibly work on training replacement behaviors into your pup.
A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs mentally and physically by offering a variety of fun activities to play such as fetch, frisbee, soccer, puzzle toys, and more.

Availability
I am a full time pet sitter, so I will be home to care for your furry best friend just like one of my own. On weekdays, the dogs in my care participate in a plethora of activities such as recess (outdoor playtime), nap time, brain games (healthy mental exercises), and walks at an additional cost. My weekend routine consists of a complimentary half hour long walk (on both Saturdays and Sundays), recess (outdoor playtime)/potty breaks to the backyard every two hours, a quick joy ride to Starbucks for a puppuccino (espresso-sized cup of whipped cream), and a bedtime story for your pooch to fall asleep to.
