I booked 3 drop-in visits (3 days total) for my two cats with Angie. She is a very sweet girl and I trusted her in my home/with my pets very much. She was very quick to respond to messages and was wonderful about sending pictures. That was very appreciated! Her rates are more than reasonable. My only complaint is what is the point in selecting drop-in times when they really don't mean anything at all? I understand the times can vary by an hour or so depending on the person's schedule, but when it's 5 hours early or 4 hours late from the desired time selected... it really makes things difficult on the owner for what to expect while out of town and how to plan. I paid for a third drop-in visit which I did not end up needing. I requested a drop-in visit for noon and had not heard anything still by 2:30PM, so I went ahead and came home from vacation, cutting the visit shorter with family. I would not have booked a third day had I known she was not actually going to come at noon. Cats can obviously go a long stretch without much maintenance - but the communication could have been better. This was my first time using Rover and I was a bit disappointed with my experience.

Angie is a sweet young woman with a big heart for animals. She has provided two outings and visits to my senior dog Roscoe and he enjoyed her company. She sent me pictures and was very responsive and responsible. I will use her again
