I’m Angelo and I love dogs! My love and skill for caring for furry friends inspired me to become a pet sitter. As a dog owner, I know how tough it can be to find a reliable, trustworthy, compassionate person to take care of your pet. Dogs have been a part of my life since early childhood. I enjoy the company of all breeds of dog, big and small. I enjoy getting to know them and discovering what makes them tick. I’m an outdoorsman and love going to parks and other recreational areas. I’m protective and outgoing, which makes me a great companion for dogs. I live with my family, which includes my significant other, my two daughters, and my step-son. Dogs have always been a big part of our family. Nike and Pepsi are our four-legged family members. I work seasonally as a roofer, which allows the time to board and walk dogs. I enjoy anything that involves being outdoors. Rainy weather is one of my favorites because it gives me a feeling of freshness and renewed energy. I live in Woodlawn Heights in Bronx, New York. It’s a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood, heavily populated with many breeds of dog. I reside in a private house with a large living space and basement. I also have a large fenced-in backyard.

Angelo is a great guy. Sent multiple pictures daily and kept me informed. Even gave Gus a bath for me. Communication was top notch.
This our first time with Angelo and it seems is not going to be tge kast one. Kate had so much fun tgat she got back exhausted and she slept for almost 10 hours. She seems happy!
Angelo and his family were fantastic! They took incredible care of our puppy! We will definitely be coming back!
Angelo is excellent with dogs of all kinds, and he is especially good with large dogs. He truly enjoys taking them on long walks and keeping them active and engaged. He also is good at communicating with the dog owner if there are any concerns about the dog. So if you are looking for someone who is great with dogs and enjoys what he does, Angelo would be an ideal dog-walker and dog-boarder for you.

I currently walk and board dogs professionally and make it a habit to read about different breeds. When I have a board on the calendar, I’ll research the breed and ask the owner questions about their walking, eating, playing, and sleep habits. I believe that pets are family members. It’s important to make dogs feel comfortable while they’re away from home or from their family. It’s equally important to make owners feel at ease when they’re away from their pet. I keep a day-to-day activity log while I pet sit and include pictures and videos of the dog to share with the owner.
A typical day
I am home most days. I set my schedule around pet sitting and make sure to set aside time for walks, playing, and cuddling. I like to get outside and play frisbee or fetch with dogs. I’ll take them to my local dog park where they can socialize, if this is an activity they like to do. You and your pet will love my positive outlook and personality and the fact that I’ll be with your pup during their entire stay. I’m also fond of doggy photo sessions, so you should expect multiple photo and text updates showing you how much fun your dog is having. Lastly, no matter the weather, I’m always down for adventures outside and long walks.
