Hello, I am a life-long animal lover and was raised around cats, dogs, fish and a few birds. I was blessed with my own dog, a Pomeranian named Banjo, in 2003. Sadly he passed away in June of 2018, just short of his 15th birthday. Toward the last years of his life his eyesight, hearing and mobility declined. Through this experience, I was able to hone the skills necessary for taking care of a pet with special needs. I miss him dearly and hope to share that pet-pet parent bond again, once I have finished school. I enjoy loving on pets and giving lots of attention. At get together’s, I am the kind of person who goes straight to the dog or cat to introduce myself and offer petting and loves. I have experience with drop in visits, house and pet sitting for friends and family. My experience with pets include dogs of various sizes, breeds and ages. I also have experience with medication administration. With Rover, I hope to expand these services to anyone else who may have a need. I am prepared to offer walks/runs short or long based on need or desire. I enjoy running as well as hiking and would love to take a dog along when permitted by their pet parent(s). I live in Battleground with my boyfriend. I am a nurse with a passion for providing excellent care. I was recently accepted into a program to further my nursing education and career.
