I've always wanted a dog and about 5 1/2 years ago finally got one. Growing up in Germany I was lucky enough to constantly be surrounded by nature so the walks were often hours long on open fields and hills as my dog and I were both enjoying the world around us. To me dogs are capable of expressing some of the purest love and you can really feel it when your pet is happy. I hope to help give the dogs some of that happiness. I'm in the process of starting to volunteer in various animal shelter organizations with the goal to help find homes for the many strays and help provide a healthy out for animals in toxic environments. My love for animals has bee something I've grown up with and really just want to nurture and put to a positive use.
