***Note - I do not do last minute stays unless I have watched the dog(s) previously*** Hello fellow animal lovers! My name is Angelina and I've been a dog owner for over 15 years. Over the years I've fostered several dogs for both New Hope Cattle Dog Rescue and Rocky Mountain Cocker Spaniel Rescue. I've also trained puppies (9 weeks +) and adult dogs, and I only use positive reinforcement. I have cared for both sick and elderly dogs and am familiar with giving medicine and watching for signs of illness. I've also cared for animals with special diets, food allergies, and training issues (food aggressive, fearful, noise issues, dog aggression, etc). I also am trained in CPR for dogs. **Note- puppy rate is for under 12 months and not fully house trained** I also have my own personal dog tags with my information that your kid(s) will wear while at my home. I own my own home and work from home in the telecommunications field so I'm here 24-7. I have a large yard (.23 acres/6ft fence) and it's very dog friendly . I have great neighbors and I'm just a short walk away from Expo Park here in Aurora. The 24 hour vet hospital is only 5 mins away from my house, Alameda East. I do like to fish and go to the lake during the summer and if your dog is able to ride in the car they will be coming with me (with your consent- please provide a harness as I have seatbelts), if not- during the summer I put out kiddie pools for the dogs in the backyard, and sit and work on my back porch. I prefer to only watch dogs from the same household at once, with only an overlap of a day if at all needed. It's stressful enough being away from home as it is and I want to make their stay enjoyable. *Note* I have gotten quite a few overlapping client requests and I give the dates to the initial requester, but until the dates are actually booked they are not blocked off in the calendar. I also will make special exceptions if both owners are willing to have their pups here at the same time, otherwise it is one household at a time.**Note- if you're boarding your pup and drop off is before noon the day of and pick up is after 12pm the next day (within reason) please allocate an extra day as rover does not.** I provide: dog beds, food bowls and special bowls for those fast eaters, seat belts for trips-requires a harness (I have a few different size harnesses), crates- if needed, id tags-with my info, light up-night safety collars, life vests- for those days at the lake, lots of toys and balls as well as homemade dog treats. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! Extras: Mobile dog grooming- I work with a licensed and certified dog groomer. I can schedule the groomer to be here when your pup is. Swimming- I can take your pup swimming in an indoor heated pool. Requires advanced scheduling and a short car ride. Both of these services you would pay directly to the groomer or the facility.
