I want to start by saying my pup was taken care of, fed, and was safe and happy when he got home. Overall though, I was extremely concerned about his well being while I was gone. When I arrived I was told that they had “lost a dog” that they were watching because it had run out the door. Then, they were watching an unfriendly dog and was told if my dog didn’t get along with her, they would put my dog in their room. I wasn’t taken to see the yard or the rest of the house where my pup would be staying. Then, after the fact, I was told that we had never booked the stay at all, and I had to go back to book them and pay them the next day... so his stay was not registered while he was actually there. Overall it left me feeling extremely uneasy and If I had other options for the day I wouldn’t have left him there. I typically wouldn’t take the time to write a negative review, but I would want to know this information before making the decision to leave my pet there.
