Great communication,

We had the worst experience with Angelina. We were on vacation in Sedona and had planned to have her watch our dogs while we went mountain biking on my sister's birthday. She sent us her address the morning we were supposed to drop them off and when we arrived at the agreed on time we realized it was missing a unit number for her apartment. We sent her a message letting her know we were in the parking lot and needed a unit number. We sat there for over an hour and a half with no reply. I've tried to message her a number of times in the past 24 hours asking what happened before writing this review. Not a single response. This ruined our day. Angelina, this was really not cool. You're offering up a service and if you're not going to follow through with your commitments even if it's a difficult conversation you should let the people know so that they can make other arrangements rather than letting them sit in front of your apartment for hours.
