Growing up I've always had a dog - first a German Shepard named Bleu, and then a 16 year old black lab/blue heeler mix named Sasha. We like to say that she picked us - she kept getting free from our neighbor's yard and escaping to our house, until we eventually adopted her. Now I have a year old German Shepard/Blue Heeler named Luna, a perfect mix of my past two doggos! Throughout the years I've walked and housesat dozens of dogs around Whatcom County and in Langley, WA, where I currently work as the Production Manager at the Island Shakespeare Festival, as well as at Whidbey Island Center for the Arts.
