Pet care experience
I've had and cared for many different animals in my life, my own and others. Fed, bathed, cleaned cages, given medicine etc. I did dog training and shows when I was young and showed animals through 4-H as well.

Good communication. We had coordinated a broader time window instead of the exact appointment time on Rover. She was only going to be a minute or two off the exact time due to circumstances outside her control, but still let me know.
