Angela stopped in to check on my dog while my husband were out of town for a day, we were so glad to have used her. She was punctual and sent lots of updates, overall a great experience. Hopefully my energetic puppy was well behaved enough that she will help us out in the future. :-)
Charlie stay was outstanding and we will definitely use Andrea again
I had a very pleasant experience boarding my elderly dog with Angela in her home; from the initial meet and greet to the time of pick up. This was my first time boarding through Rover.com. Angela was very loving to my dog and made her feel comforted. She listened to my needs and adapted to my dog's routine. My dog never experienced the stress and anxiety with her that she did at a kennel ...
Love Dogs Indoors or Outdoors
I have always been a dog owner since I was young, and understand each dog is unique, with it's own likes/dislikes, personality. I love on a dog, play and roll around, as well as give them lots of attention and exercise. I also know how to gently but clearly guide dogs in appropriate behavior and they know they are not in charge of the humans. I believe in loving dogs but not spoiling them ...
What Angela would like to know about your dog
Just need to know how much they have been socialized around other dogs, people, and kids in case we go to a crowded place. What makes your dog happy vs anxious? What helps your dog to feel safe and secure? I like to also know how your dog does on leash so I am prepared and can keep them safe. What kind of leash training has he or she (and YOU as a pet owner) have? I can work with high energy but I need to know if I am dealing with fear aggressive dogs on leash, since that changes walk times and strategies. I am happy to come to your home if you have cats, but cannot stay overnight due to allergies. For overnight stays at your home, I can sleep in a bed or on a sofa, I am flexible. But in order to give your dog the best daytime care, I myself need to feel rested -- so I need to sleep by myself, not with your dog. They can be in my room on their own bed or in a crate but not actually in my bed.
