Pet care experience
My name is Angela and I’m from Seattle. I’ve been walking big/small dogs with different needs for family and friends for over 3 year now. I also walk dogs for the app Wags but there’s been issues with that app so that is why I’m switching over to Rover. I’m experienced with dog sitting too! I usually dog sit for friends who are on business trips or vacation so I’m okay with sitting for (max) a week. I have a sweet pug name Milo. He’s my best friend so I understand the responsibilities and importance of caring for a pet. My goal with Rover is build trust with not only the owner but the pets as well and meet new clients!

Angela is great! I have two very different dogs, one 12yo, who is very calm and has more intensive care and the other, 2yo, who is wild with that said. Said she does so well switching off to care for one or the other and they are always smiling in the photos she sends us. Highly recommend!!

When I am dog sitting overnight, it’s usually at the client’s home and I would ask for a brief description of where the leash/cage is, the eating schedule, the diet restrictions, and medications I should know about, and typical behaviors the dog would show.

There’s a nice friendly dog park called westcrest park near my place in west seattle that I love to bring my own dog. I also love bringing dogs out to alki when I can :)

I work part-time at an auto shop in Burien and on my extra time I like to walk dogs for friends and family. Usually when I get a request for a walk or dog sitting, I would prioritize that over other plans.
