I am a Leader Dog for the Blind Puppy Raiser and serious dog lover! I LOVE Dogs of all kinds - no breed or tempermant restrictions. My dogs are loved, well cared for and spoiled but very well trained and mannered. My pet Dog (Daily) is allowed on furniture and does get some human food -- alternatively my Leader Dog for the Blind Puppies have very strict no furniture or human food policy along with some toy restrictions. I can accommodate any rules your Pup needs to abide by and ensure they are at home with me. My six year old shares time with her Dad, so she's not always home, but she is just as Dog obsessed as I am and does well with all sizes and tempermants. Dogs are in a low stress environment. Only stairs in my house lead to the basement and I have a fully fenced yard. My neighborhood is amazing and walks are always available. I'm open to any additional services you would like so please don't be afraid to ask. I do require a meet and greet with shot records prior to bringing any dogs I have not met into my home. It's important your dog gets along with mine and feels comfortable with us -- alternatively, if you need a last minute sitter I will waive a meet and greet to care for them in your home. I work as a Realtor mostly from home so in general they would only have small periods (2-4 hours) where they would be alone. When I don't have guests at home I often check-in and walk dogs all over Oakland Coutny (as working = driving for me, locations always change). I'm somewhat Dog obsessed and caring for other people's dogs keeps me from having 15 of my own at home. I donate a portion of my earnings back to Leader Dog and give discounts if you donate as well. ***Please note*** Multiple Dogs will only be boarded in my home overnight if they are from the same family, known to each other or have previously stayed with me. This is why my rates are a bit higher, as I do not take on too many dogs or promote pack environments with unknown dogs. Your dogs safety and comfort is my first priority. *Rates change for holidays * I DO NOT charge extended stay rates, or up charges for last minute extensions due to travel delays
