We promise to do our best to keep to your pets’ routines and love your dog(s) as our own. We’re currently dog-parent “empty nesters” and we're enjoying meeting a variety of dogs. When we had our own dogs, we used Rover as clients and know the worries that can creep in when leaving the pup(s). We only take care of one client’s pup(s) at a time and have no other critters of our own. We can go with the flow - if your dog likes to be active, we will enjoy am/pm walks, sticking to the local neighborhood or checking out our favorite nearby parks - Abercrombie, Walter Fuller, Bay Pines, & Pinellas Trail. We have a pool if your pup likes to swim as well as a separate fenced area away from the pool if you prefer your dog not be around the water. Either way, plenty of space & opportunities for sniffing around, ball/lizard/squirrel chasing, sunning, etc. (We will not visit dog parks since we prefer not to take that risk with your pup.) If your pup is a couch potato, that’s OK too. We don’t mind helping with meds, ear drops, etc. as long as your dog is generally cooperative. While we have ft jobs, we have some work flexibility if there’s a potty schedule concern. Upon request, we have a large dog crate which can be assembled if your pup prefers that comfort when alone. If you happen to be a 3+ smaller dog household, we can discuss, though we like to be realistic about what we can manage with multiple bigger pups. We will consider puppies if the visit coincides with our days off, so feel free to inquire.
